Item Master Records in ManageClean on SAP Business One include all items and services your company buys, inventories and sells.  Item master records are used to create sales quotations, purchase orders, and documents used to move goods in and out of your company.  Details on managing item general information, purchasing data, sales data, and inventory data is covered in standard solution training material. 

Note: One important rule applies to all master data. If a master data record is involved in an accounting or inventory transaction (such as an A/P invoice, A/R Invoice, Journal Entry and so on), it cannot be deleted. In addition, once a sales order is created, the business partner or the item linked to it cannot be removed.
