ManageClean allows for data import of source
files to save you from having to enter information manually to create data records
inside ManageClean on SAP Business One.
For commercial
cleaning, ManageClean processes the data importing of:
- Vendor purchases such
as cleaning supplies and other miscellaneous items.
- Employee Labor Time
and / or Cost that comes from other systems, such as payroll systems or
timesheet systems like TSheets or similar.
- Indirect Payroll Costs
that come from your payroll system to capture indirect costs in the financials.
This video
demonstrates the ManageClean File Import Set Up procedure that must be done
prior to importing Excel/CSV source files containing supplies vendor purchase
data, job cost labor and indirect payroll costs.
Note: This set up must
be performed before data transactions are made. Typically this set up is performed once, and does not need to be
changed.
