SAP Business One has a number of pop-up messages that appear during system operation to make sure users understand the impact of an action.
Typically they ask "Do you want to... X?" If you find that in all cases your answer is "Yes" then it may be safe for you to choose the checkbox to "Remember my answer and do not show this message again." Such as in the example shown here:
A system administrator can control message preferences through the following menu: Administration > Setup > General > Message Preferences.
